Since 2005 “PE–VLA–KU” Sh.P.K. is one of the greatest and most famous companies in the construction field in Albania and Kosovo. During these years in Kosovo and in Albania, “PE-VLA-KU” Sh.P.K staff has planned and achieved successfully dozens of construction projects. Today we feel proud that we have made successful steps in the free market economy and with our projects we have been part of the development of two countries.
